Anthony Renowitzky is a real estate agent turned investor, that has spent the last few years steady building up his portfolio of properties. We first spoke with Anthony early in 2020, when the real estate market was ripe with uncertainty. Things have changed quite a bit since then, from dynamic interest rates to rent moratoriums, there has been all kinds of movement in properties and prices. Our discussion touched on the post pandemic economy, flipping houses, leveraging the brrrr method, and more. It was a great discussion about everything real estate.
