Now more than ever Christian parents must really consider where they take their children to school. The bible says in Proverbs 22:6- “Train up your child in the way he should go, and he will not depart from it”.
With the mainstream school system becoming more secularised with ideologies contrary to the Christian faith being taught in school at times, what things should Christian parents consider when it comes to primary and secondary education for their children? What are the advantages/ disadvantages of faith-based schools in comparison to mainstream schools? What’s more important, academics or the values instilled in children? Is home school an option?
