Who is Eligible for the Texas Health Insurance Marketplace?
To be eligible for the Health Insurance Marketplace, you:
- Must live in the United States
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Cannot be imprisoned (ie serving a sentence in jail or prison)
- If you have Medicare coverage, you are not eligible to use the Marketplace to purchase a health plan.
