There's room for everybody in the industry. Find it, work hard at it and understand that you need balance in your life. It can't be all or nothing. ✔️ Since the pandemic and into 2021, the industry moves and changes. The shifting nature of the real estate market inspires Kelly to keep learning and growing to adapt to the pandemic's unique circumstances.
✔️ You always have to ask. "When you're new, you're a little afraid of rejection, so you shy away from the asking. But if you've provided a good service for someone, if you've delivered and you've constantly tried to validate that, ask if there's anything else you could be doing to assist them, to make the output way better for them, and ask for that feedback. Take feedback positively so that you would grow so much more quickly; instead of looking at those responses as criticism, you're never going to get off the ground. So you have to take that feedback as feedback, not criticism."
