The real estate business is not entirely about the housing market. He has more than a decade of experience in the mortgage business and is the Chief Investment Officer at Aspen Funds, which was co-founded by his father. Before that, Ben served as a commercial lender at First Business Bank and a commercial credit underwriter for Crossfirst Bank. He’s also a seasoned podcaster, and co-hosts the show “Invest Like a Billionaire” with his Dad and his Dad’s Aspen co-founder.
