About Juan Sokoloff:
Juan is an economist and the Vice-President of Data Analytics and Pricing at Habi.co. He is passionate about using data to transform and improve cities, and he has a master's degree in applied data science from NYU. Juan's company aims to become the multiple listing service (MLS) of Colombia by providing accurate pricing information and developing monetizing products. The company's initial business model was as an iBuyer, which required them to develop five strategies to gather data, including deploying people on the streets, developing scrapers, and building alliances with institutions that had siloed data.
