In series 1, Vernon Kay, Nicola Adams and Rhys James welcomed Team GB athletes competing in Tokyo 2020, discussing everything from selfies with Usain Bolt to eating sushi for breakfast. Throughout the series, Rhys made various bold claims about his potential as a future Olympian, so for series 2, we decided to put him to the test. As well as speaking to Team GB athletes competing a Beijing 2022, Rhys tries his hand (and slippy foot) at various Winter Olympic sports, ably assisted by his expert co-host for the series, snowboarder and Olympic Bronze medallist, Jenny Jones.
