In social media videos, bronzed, shirtless, Type-A influencer bros devour raw lambs' testicles and every other kind of meat with zeal. Among their claims: carbs are poison, vegetables are highly suspect, and meat alone offers humans an opportunity to "thrive" once again. Nutritionists warn it could be harmful in the long term, but plenty of converts swear by the health benefits.
