Becca Silver is the founder and CEO of The Whole Educator and host of the podcast Coaching the Whole Educator. Her passion lies in fostering teacher buy-in and reducing resistance to change. Becca is a former educator, instructional coach, life coach and executive leadership coach. Her work focuses on helping coaches and leaders better support teachers, breaking through resistance, empowering teachers to get unstuck and building buy in.
