We are very privileged to have a story love and Master Storyteller, Richard Stone, as our guest to discuss the importance of storytelling in general as well as for working caregivers and their corporations. It is even more important than ever as the “Great Resignation” looms, that organizations take this opportunity to be proactive about the needs of their team members who have caregiving responsibilities at home and may be struggling to transition back to working – in-person, remotely or in a hybrid format. Crafting the corporation’s Master Story can also be very inspiring for all employees.

In this episode you will hear:

  • Why humans tell stories
  • How we can incorporate storytelling into our lives in an informal way
  • Why it’s so important to make this a priority in today’s world
  • The benefits of storytelling for overall health and for working caregivers
  • The importance of choosing a storyline that is empowering
  • Why organizations need a master story that is not about the bottom line
