Welcome, Jayda C. Hill, to the IT Factor Podcast! She is currently the Social Media Coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
We spoke about what made her want to work in the NFL and how it has always been her dream. We also spoke on the importance of helping others and how there is room for everyone in any space. It was amazing to see the journey that Jayda took to be in this position. I know she had a great season this year, and I hope she continues to grow.
