Le'Nise Brothers is an important part of the PMDD community and today I'm sharing her amazingly informative interview from the PMDD Healing Summit in 2021. Le’Nise is a yoga teacher and registered nutritionist, mBANT, mCNHC, specializing in women’s health, hormones and the menstrual cycle.
