Are you cut off from your feelings? Are you out of touch? Maybe you’re denying yourself to feel – because the emotional pain is just too unbearable. We “can only be defeated by an attitude of intolerance or belligerent denial. Worse yet, denial can be so powerful that it can trick the sufferer into destructive drinking and other addictions. Recovery enables the sufferer to reconnect to one’s feelings safely and with knowledge. When we really clean house, and calm down, we get all the answers to WHY. When the spiritual malady is overcome, we straighten out mentally and physically. Many of us get a daily reprieve from this illusion and ignorance contingent on the maintenance of our spiritual condition. Denial. Hosted by Toby C.
