In this episode, Jana is chatting with Anna Jenkin who is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, where she did a three-year Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. In this interview they discuss what a nutritionist does; and how they differ from a dietitian, who nutritionist can help and how. Anna and Jana do a lot of myth-busting that surrounds nutrition - how and what we should eat. And a fun fact - Anna is the reason that Jana has moved to London 10 years ago.
