We review recent data on self-harm among Rhode Island teens, providing a sobering look at the challenges many young people face. One of our brave students shares a deeply personal experience, describing a pervasive feeling of dread: "I wake up and I just don't want to be." Despite these struggles, we rebel and carry on with resilience and hope.
