55. Ideas for your Halloween Class

Way back in Episode 6, we chatted about celebrating holidays in the classroom, in general. Today we’re talking specifically about ways to celebrate Halloween in the middle school classroom. Make your social studies lessons engaging and interesting!

Explore ancient Egypt by writing notes about the mummification process inside a mummy and build the landscape of the great pyramid out of two sheets of paper. In ancient Greece, students create their own polis (little town), compete in the games, and explore Alexander’s conquests.
