I get it; we've all been there.

Trying to force sleep is like holding onto a handful of sand โ€“ the harder you squeeze, the less you have.

It's a tricky thing, sleep.

You can't just grab it by the collar and drag it into bed.

So, why does sleep seem "hard"?

The more you chase it, the further it runs away.
