I have known that I am sensitive for many years and I know that other people would relate to what I share in this episode.

In this episode I speak about:

  • when I learned about HSP's and how it helped me
  • Susan Cain's work about the 'bittersweet' temperament and her TED Talk
  • Elena Herdieckerhoff's brilliant video: 'The gentle power of highly sensitive people'
  • why feeling our emotions fully can be beautiful, powerful and so healing
  • tools and tips for managing being an HSP

Themes: highly sensitive people, mental health, emotional wellbeing

At the end, I share a poem written by Danielle Doby.

To see more about Susan Cain, see her website here. I also mention the book 'Come As You Are' by Emily Nagoski.
