If you're someone who's thought about taking a break from drinking, but stop yourself short every time because you can't guarantee your success, I'm so glad you're here.

For some reason, we've been made to believe that we have only 2 options -- sober or alcoholic. But that's a lie.

There's room to grow and evolve in the gray area. You don't have to pick the drinking you're doing now or nothing at all.

Don't get me wrong: I do believe being completely sober is the best way. Hands down.

But you're not a robot, and neither am I.

In this episode of She Just Glows: The Podcast, I'm peeling back the labels in the sober world and reminding you that there is room for everone in the alcohol-free space.
