Imposter syndrome is something I see so much in my clients and in the women in my community. In short, it is also called perceived fraudulence and it involves feelings of self-doubt and personal incompetence that persist despite any education, experience or accomplishments that you might have. If you recognise yourself in this description, let's dive in!
