Today I'm back in Madrid and chatting with our guest Ms. Csenge Fazekas, who is a freelance intercultural and skills facilitator. She specializes in intercultural training, experiential learning, facilitation, and training for youth organizations. Csenge has extensive experience in both corporate and nonprofit settings, and she's a global DISC and growth zone licensed practitioner.
She's also fluent in English, French, Hungarian, and Spanish, and has worked with various international teams and organizations. Her educational background includes degrees in international relations and certifications in various training methodologies.
In her career, she's worn many hats, from team assistant to leader, and has managed large projects across borders. Csenge grew up as a third culture child, living and working across different countries, and you'll hear that term defined during our conversation.
Csenge and I share many common ideals, including the professions of instructional design and facilitation.
