Angie Nicholls is a Property Investor, Partner and Networking Host at Partners in Property, a nationwide property networking event company. She’s also a Director at KPA Property Management, a family-led business that provides a truly passive property management experience for every landlord they work with, maximising the income from and keeping their greatest assets safe; ensuring that their tenants have a good service and a place to call home, not just a house that they live in.

In today’s episode, Angie shares with us the joy and flexibility of working as an entrepreneur running her family business. We talk about generational wealth, and how to run a family property business successfully.

What You Will Learn:

  • What Angie did before joining the family business
  • How to use the power of networking to skyrocket your business
  • The mistakes most people make when selecting a niche and how to avoid them
  • Tips on how to build generational wealth while running a family property business

A family-led business has the potential to generate wealth not only for the current generation but also for future generations. But it also comes with its challenges, including potential conflicts among family members, succession planning, and managing the complexities of a business. But as long as the members are willing to carefully plan, communicate and seek professional advice when necessary, they will ensure the success and sustainability of their business as a vehicle for generational wealth.
