We're all susceptible to making mistakes; it’s not just the newbies that find themselves having made some of the fundamental rookie errors. The market changes often without us noticing, because we're head down in our property business and we don't see the changes until they actually affect us.

However, all these mistakes can be rectified - a little tweak here or there, a short course here and there, and suddenly, everything will be a lot easier and a lot more profitable.
