To the most resilient woman I know,
I’ve been thinking a lot about your journey, and I just wanted to remind you of how incredibly proud I am of you. The things you’ve gone through—childhood trauma, pain, and abandonment—are so heavy, yet you carry them with such grace and strength.
I know healing isn’t easy. Some days feel like a battle, but you continue to show up for yourself. That strength is something I admire deeply. You’re not defined by what happened to you, but by the powerful, beautiful person you’ve become and are becoming.
I want you to know that I’m here for you. I see all of your effort, your vulnerability, and your resilience. I see the way you’re working to heal, to move forward, to reclaim your peace. It takes so much courage to face those wounds, and I’m constantly inspired by your strength.
