I struggled with my weight for a quarter of a century after going from an athletic size 10 that I had always been, to a size 16 within 6 months of my 21st birthday.

I didn’t understand what happened, it happened so fast it was outside of my awareness and I simply had no idea how to reverse it and it plunged me into dieting hell until I was 46

My “weight loss journey” was arduous, exhausting, and punishing – years of yo yo weight loss weight gain cycle was crushing to me and, that’s why I call it dieting hell, because hell is when you keep finding yourself back you began and simply never ends.
