I got an interesting interaction yesterday. A man asked me "How can you help me with my mindset?" and wasn't terribly clear on what mindset is, so I asked him another question... "Are you creating what you want with your life?" He said definitely not and gave me a laundry list of all the things he wants to be doing that he hasn't been able to make happen yet. He backed that up with everything he has been doing instead - saying "My life has been on hold for soooo long." I chimed in, "Well - that's a mindset right there. It's a way you have of thinking about yourself and your life that is keeping you from seeing that you're amazeballs." Then, I suggested a new way of thinking. "You're life is not now and never has been on hold. Letting go of that idea could be pretty powerful for you." Listen in to hear more about this - especially if you ever feel like your own life is on hold 💕…
