In this episode with Dr.

Justine Chinoperekweyi from Harare, Zimbabwe, we explore fostering a new leadership and business consciousness. Justine emphasizes the importance of engaging with people as human beings, understanding their lived experiences, and appreciating the potential each person brings to an organization. He highlights the missing link in many leadership conversations, which often focus more on results and less on people. True leadership, according to Justine, is about creating connections, co-creating interventions, and elevating people's enduring capabilities.

Many leadership discussions prioritize systems, processes, and plans, neglecting the individuals who are the heart of the organization. A new leadership narrative is needed, one that amplifies and awakens people's capabilities, creating a safe and brave space for optimal performance. Justine shares an example of a client in Saudi Arabia who transformed his approach to leadership by truly opening up to his team and fostering meaningful interactions. This shift in mindset and leadership style proved transformative, illustrating the power of meaningful engagement and the creation of a genuinely open-door policy.
