"Faithful to Fulfill" is Pastor Matt's study of God as revealed in post-Exilic Scripture, namely the Old Testament books of Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. The Exile refers to the captivity of the southern Jewish nation of Judah by the world power Babylon for 70 years, and subsequent release by the Medo-Persian Empire under God's sovereignty and providence. In the opening two chapters of Esther, we see men exercising oppressive power over women for nefarious desires and agendas. How will God use for good that which others have intended for evil?
