Today we have on the show, Brooke McGregor! Kaleidoscope's COO and half of the magic behind our incredible juice selection. Brooke's background and specialty in nutrition is a driving force behind all of the intentional ingredients in each of our juices and smoothies. In this episode, we had a conversation about cleansing. Now, the phrase "juice cleanse" can feel somewhat triggering due to its ties to weight loss and unhealthy eating habits. This is done through the clearing and healing of chakras.
