Owner of Ruby Lee's Kitchen- Catering from The Heart Trevia is a mother of two, a 21-year-old girl that's a senior in college and a 10-year-old boy that's in the 4th grade. Trevia has been catering for 14 years and will do anything from a romantic dinner for two all the way to feeding 800 people! Her motto is, “no party is too big or small”. She is diverse in her offerings, she can prepare vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, you name it she can do it. Her store front, Ruby Lee's Kitchen, is a sandwich shop and they have 5 different sandwiches you can chose from with daily specials. Trevia originally started in the insurance field paying medical and dental claims. She continued in that field before transitioning into the mortgage industry while at the same time building her catering business. 3 years ago, Trevia decided to step out in faith and focus on her catering full time. Then in August of 2017 an opportunity fell into her lap that she knew was nothing short of God. She had a chance to open up a storefront and she named it after her grandmother who she cooked with all the time. In January of 2018 she officially opened Ruby Lee's Kitchen with a goal to feed the community healthier options. Trevia is doing just that! Currently Ruby Lee’s Kitchen is the only restaurant within a 5-mile radius to offer a healthy alternative for lunch.
