Planning an event is a huge team effort, there are hundreds of things that have to be done before the whole event is ready. Focus on what you can control. Communicate with anyone on your team about what is and isn’t working so you all stay on the same page. Moving events to virtual instead of in person can bring in new challenges that weren’t there before. An event that has to be planned virtually can still be very engaging if it still provides a similar experience.
