In this episode, I finally got to process my thoughts around hiring your first team member and delegating tasks. I find it funny that I'm sharing advice about this when it wasn't too long ago where I was pulling my hair out figuring out why none of this is working for me.
But as they say, the best teacher is experience. And over time, I think i'm slowly starting to get the hang of it.
