Michelle explains how allowing your strong points to work for you and taking attention off of weaknesses can lead to a more extraordinary life. Part of living extraordinarily, is monitoring our reactions to experiences. The ladies explain that though we can’t control what happens, we can chose an embracing reaction. Wrapping it up, Michelle shares a short exercise for grounding and Leigh Ann gives pointers on breathing.
