In today's episode I interviewed Lee Thurston, a Senior Loan Advisor at Flagstar Bank. Lee specializes in renovation financing for 1 to 4 family properties owner occupied or single-family investor renovation loans. Lee serves Western mass and has been doing renovation financing for almost 25 years.
