Nathan is joined by his dad, David Mellor, or "Coach Mellor" as he is known by those close to him. Coach shares his journey of coming out of a difficult childhood and becoming an adult who looks for opportunities to make life better for others, whether that be as an educator, foster parent, minister, or football coach. He encourages everyone to lead where they are, no matter how small the role or how menial the task.
"If you can get people to lead where they are, what normally happens is somebody will recognize that and give an opportunity to lead in a bigger way. Lead where you are."
