Protein is essential for building muscle, recovering from injury, curbing hunger, and maintaining weight loss. But there's a lot of confusion out there about how much protein we actually need and the best ways to get it. I'm going to clear all that up and share some simple strategies you can implement right away, whether you're an omnivore or plant-based.
