Passionate about harnessing technology to solve business challenges, guest Erik Simins has been an entrepreneur since his early 20s, founding his first 8-figure company, MAGNUS Healthcare Recruitment Solutions in 2011. The company was honoured with two Global Innovation Awards in 2020 and 2021, recognizing their groundbreaking impact on the employment market.
