Hoe voorkom je strijd in huis?

Verandering begin bij bewustwording. Dat alleen is niet genoeg, er gaat pas iets veranderen als je in beweging komt, iets gaat doen. Voor je kind is dat het toepassen en oefenen van nieuwe vaardigheden bij het leren. Dat gaat niet vanzelf. Hierin als ouder/ begeleider structuur aanbrengen, is belangrijk om ervoor te zorgen dat dat lukt. Én het voorkomt strijd in huis.
