In this episode, Barry talks with a one-time colleague and long-time friend, and digital agency owner, Nasser Al-Daihani from Kuwait. Nasser is a scuba diver and gardener with plans of launching a gardening website in the State of Kuwait in the Middle East where millenials have turned their attention to finding new things to do to keep the stress away.
His day job is running Derwaza, a boutique digital marketing agency, and consultancy that works with clients of all sizes but specializes in the SMB sector with innovative customer acquisition strategies.
Nasser talks about what he learned working in the corporate world before he embarked on his journey as an entrepreneur and shares his insights on the gig economy and the advantages of being able to outsource jobs and projects to people living in all corners of the globe.
