In this episode I discuss together with Santiago Cabrera-Naranjo how corporates can improve their data-science processes especially when it comes to the deployment of AI-systems. My guest experienced data-science right from it beginnings 10 years ago when he worked with Groupon, Axel Springer and his own start-up. Right now he is Consulting Director for AI at Teradata. There he does real big projects regarding the digital transformation in large corporates. Some of our key takeaways are:
1.) Define a clear business problem and understand what deployment means to your project.
2.) Don´t start with a methodology just because it is the current trend
