This show was born out of a desire to entertain, uplift and distract everyone suddenly stuck at home (like Ben and Emma were) when the pandemic hit. What was first envisioned as a few livestreams of Ben providing much needed laughs through stand-up and Emma distracting viewers with weird news stories became 100 episodes of “Working from Home.” This new version of that show – now called “The Big New Show” - was born as viewers voiced how much the content meant to them. Moving beyond Ben (improv master with a ridiculously large catalog of material) doing stand-up into an empty room forever, “The Big New Show” is big. It’s new. It’s a show. Half variety show, half podcast, all fun.
