We are so happy to have Liz Bennett, Director of Holston Business Development Center (HBDC), join in the podcast fun this week! We want to help spread the message of HBDC and let everyone know of these amazing opportunities for local entrepreneurs and future business owners via their partnerships. We also get to ask so many questions about the Japanese culture and the role it's played in Liz's career, all while hitting her with a SURPRISE "lightning round"! Check out the new "CO.STARTERS" class offered in Kingsport, TN. CO.STARTERS is a cohort-based program that equips entrepreneurs of all kinds with the insights, relationships, and tools needed to turn business ideas into action.
The only real prerequisites to joining the program are:
(1) Having an idea
(2) Being willing to question, shape and fine-tune that idea
(3) Being willing to talk about the idea with others
Classes Start February 1 -- 10 Weeks (Every Wednesday Night) 6-9pm at the Create Appalachia Building (old city hall building)
