As a fellow side-hustler, I’m sure you understand the struggle that comes with trying to prioritize our health. Whether it’s a lack of time, energy or even motivation we are often putting our own wellness on the backburner.

In today’s episode, I am chatting with Lisa Klein. She is a health and wellness accountability coach with 8+ years of experience working with women struggling to make their health a priority. She is a wife and mom of two who understands what it’s like to not prioritize your health. She provides support and guidance with proven systems to create simple solutions for healthy habits around fitness and/or nutrition to last a lifetime. Her goal for her clients is to shift their mindset from "can't do" to CAN DO IT ALL (without feeling overwhelmed).

Lisa lets us into her own personal journey with her health transformation and how she turned this into a business. She shares how we can each figure out how to incorporate and prioritize our health into our already busy days. She reminds us that making these changes shouldn’t feel like adding one more thing to the “to-do” list, but finding the pockets where you can make simple improvements.
