This is the second episode that I’ve had a guest that has built a business around the use of tools like Asana, but I feel so strongly about the benefits to culture when you have processes in place and if there are tools that can help with that then I’m all for it.
What is unique about my guest today though is that she is a serial entrepreneur, passionate leader, and a high-growth founder. Alane Boyd is inspiring and passionate known for her ballsy, get-to-the point candor about overcoming obstacles that life throws at you.
She is the Co-Founder of Workday Ninja, an operations and growth strategy expert specializing in AI and automation to enhance client efficiency. Her entrepreneurial success includes scaling her first business, a hybrid agency and software company, to 8 figures and successfully selling it in 2018.
