I was joined by Genevieve Joyce, owner, founder & creator of Equigate.
Equigate is the ultimate all-in-one app for service-based equine practitioners, and it really is the best thing since sliced bread!
Today Gen is sharing with us her experiences of being an equine body worker for over 16 years and explains how she overcame the common problems service-based practitioners face.
While we were all hoarding toilet rolls, making banana bread and enjoying the heatwave in lockdown, Gen was hard at work creating Equigate which she originally made for her own business, but ended up sharing it with the world to help newcomers to the industry.
Gen explains how implementing technology has saved her £3000 per month in her body work business (that's a whopping £36,000 a year of time saved!)
This app has so many cool features, from handling your accounts and preparing files for your accountant, managing bookings, and protecting yourself and clients with efficient GDPR compliance, a built-in messaging function, taking payments and protection from cancelled/missed appointments.
