What's the condition of the Indy market right now? In one short answer: "Stale" For multiple reasons we get into why the market is a bit stale right now. But does that mean there aren't good deals out there or ways to invest and profit? Of course not. There are still a lot of great deals to be had if you can adjust and implement different strategies. This hard season in the market has caused us to pivot. But in doing so, it's helped our company grow and do some of our best investing ever.
Hopefully as you listen to this episode, you'll get a good understanding of some different real estate strategies in Indy, and maybe you can pivot too to get some of the good deals out there.
