County Championship & Vitality T20 Blast (as well as the introduction of our new ‘Quick Singles’ segment 😅)
Rich is flying solo again today as he digs into the latest round of County Championship action with an eye on potential England test players that saw a 1st 100 for England’s Sam Curran as well as a 100 for Dom Sibley and Chris Dent.
The Vitality T20 Blast has reached the 1/4 finals after an epic group stage that saw controversy on the last round of games. Rich takes a look at the 1/4 lineup as well as some of the star performers in this years competition including James Vince, Shan Masood, Naveen ul Haq, recently called up England seamer Richard Gleason as well as the 6 hitting machine Rilee Rossouw.
We go for a few ‘Quick Singles’ at the end covering off moves for Moeen Ali, Dom Sibley and Ed Barnard as well as a record breaking 441 scored in the 2nd XI championship, news about Shivnarive Chanderpaul as well as an update on the superbly SACA - South Asian Cricket Academy - initiative that is finding untapped talent in England.
