In this episode, Alex Kurm discusses his 20 years of lean experience in a variety of sectors, including nuclear engineering, food manufacturing, logistics, banking, pharmaceuticals, and lastly as a lean consultant and he shares his different types of practices in different businesses. He discussed the behavioral strategies that enable sustainability and are a component of the lean management system. He also mentioned how 80 percent of everyone's conduct is determined by consequences in ABC.
