In this episode, Marie Sinniger provides a summary of the current landscape of pay transparency and equal pay in Luxembourg. Significant changes are coming with the transposition of the EU Pay Transparency Directive into national law by 7 June 2026. Even if the implementation of this new set of enhanced requirements is not on the immediate horizon, employers must be ready to hit the ground running when the new legislation is introduced.
