Reggie Ra’s dream is to travel, coach, lead, and teach transformation philosophies and practices. When he found he was ready to elevate to the next level he found himself questioning “what’s slowing me down right now?”
He recognised that all of his work had previously been mindset-based and something in him knew that there was more. Getting certified as a somatic coach, he quickly realised that the next level was emerging as he cultivated a new level of safety within the nervous system.
Recognising his life’s work consists of meditation, awareness, somatic, linguistic and breathing practices, he is now passionately committed to sharing it with you and the world.
